How to order on our website?

  • Click on the desired product page
  • Enter the first names you want to appear on your jewelry
  • Add to the shopping cart and click on place the order on the next page
  • Enter your delivery details and choose the delivery method
  • Choose your payment method (Credit Card)
  • Enter your bank details securely (SSL encryption, we have absolutely no access to them)
  • And here's your order finished! You will then receive a confirmation email or a phone text.
  • After a few days you will receive a tracking number in your email to track your order.

How long will it take for me to be delivered?

We take 3 to 7 working days to process your order (production + shipping) then 10 to 15 working days to deliver your order to you.


In case of very high demand, please note that delivery times may be extended up to 15 working days.

Are payments secure?

When you buy online using your credit card, all your information is entered into a secure SSL web page. Your information is then encrypted by SSL and sent directly to our payment service provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

Can I change the names of my order?

We accept your order modification request up to 24 hours after placing it.

After this period, we do not guarantee that this will be possible if the production of your personalized jewelry has begun.

Can I cancel my order?

We do not accept cancellations of orders, however it is possible to return your product to us in case of dissatisfaction.

I received a damaged item. What can I do about it?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the following address:
